Day 53

100 air squats
100 sit ups
100 push ups
300 skips
100 lunges
100 kettelbell swings

Day 54

3 rounds:
skip - 2 mins
burpees - 1 min
toes to bar - 30 sec

5 rounds:
5 thrusters
7 hang cleans
10 Sumo deadlift high pull

Day 55

Speed and agility testing.
Anaerobic Threshold testing

Day 56

Sweat1000 workout
