  • wall ball
60 min yoga class with Ki-Fit ladies

Day 67


21 cleans
21 pull ups
walk
15 front squats
15 tricep dips
walk
9 burpees
9 handstand push ups
walk

10 rounds of:
5 push ups
5 toes to bar
5 sit ups

Day 68

4 rounds of:
  • pull ups
  • burpees
  • wall ball
  • KB swings
15 x 2 rounds of frog complex:
power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press.

Day 69

Ki-Fit class with Coach Robyn!

arms, legs, bum, abs - all targeted!
