Ki-Fit 100 day challenge - my week 9

Day 57

9 rounds:
6 hang clean squats
6 toes to bar

21-15-9
burpee into pull up
KB swing

Day 58

20 min walk

20 overhead squats
20 box jumps
20 thrusters
20 power cleans
20 toes to bar
10 burpees

then this damn fall.

No more exercise for the week
Very very very upset!
