Can you do moderation???

They say moderation is key to everything in life - diet, exercise, life.
So do not go overboard, if you indulge once in a while that is fine.

It sounds reasonable, being able to eat a little bit of everything.

But.... What if you can not do moderation??????
What if you are the type of person that can't eat 'just a little'
You may be finding yourself eating a lot and out of control.
So for some it is best to just stay away altogether.

Surely if we had mastered moderation we would not be struggling with our weight and eating habits in the first place!
So for now, while you are trying to reach your goals, walk away.
Once you see results: your body changing, differences in your energy levels, mood and confidence, chances are food won't be so tempting. And maybe then you will be more disciplined and able to eat moderately.

The time to reach our goals is NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
