Easter Weekend Workout

Lets keep up our fitness this Easter Weekend!

Body weight TABATA workout that can be done anywhere!
No equipment needed!
You will work up a proper sweat and be done in 35 minutes!

8 rounds of the following exercises.
20 sec work, 10 sec rest per round.
1 minute rest between exercises.


  1. Squats
  2. Push ups
  3. Sit ups
  4. Jumping jacks
  5. Lunges
  6. Tricep dips
  7. Jumping jacks
