  • 5 push press
  • 10 burpees
Day 38

warm up: rowing and monkey bars

Technique class:
  • snatch
  • thruster
  • clean
  • KB swing
Day 39

TABATA TRAINING
  • ring holds
  • hand stand
  • pull up hold
4 rounds of:
  • 25 KB swing
  • 9 hang cleans
  • 10 pull ups
50 flights of stairs

Day 40

60 burpees

4 rounds of:
  • 5 front squat
  • 18 V ups
  • 5 push press
  • 18 box jumps
  • 5 thrusters
  • 18 KB swings

brisk walk around airport

30 min walk with Medo (my dog)
