KI-FIT 100 DAY CHALLENGE - MY WEEK 7

I was not feeling too well and then went away this week, so my exercise schedule looks a little unexciting.
I did manage to make sure I kept moving, even if it was just a brisk walk every single day.
That is the whole point, to keep our bodies moving daily!

Day 43

20 burpees
10 squats
10 sit ups
20 burpees
15 handstand push ups

1RM deadlift

22 turkish get ups

Day 44

20 min brisk walk with Chantelle

Day 45

40 min brisk walk
30 flights of stairs

Day 46

1 hour walk handing out Ki-Fit pamphlets around Bedfordview

Day 47

90 min brisk walk around Cape Town CBD

Day 48

60 min walk along Sea Point Promenade

Day 49

60 min brisk walk with Chennay along Cape Town Beach Front
